I'll Take You With Me is a collaborative passion project between two roommates. The concept was born from a mutual interest in the craftiness of indie filmmaking- and what's craftier than a zombie transformation with practical effects! Aileen O'Leary and Arlo Rader have collaborated on a stop motion animation short, If It's Meant To Be, and Emmie Kelly's Let You Down (Let You Know) music video. The common thread amongst these projects has been in design and style- which is vital to this film-noir and gothic horror-inspired tale. I'll Take You With Me is made in for Emerson College's BFA program. This year long process peaks in June, where production will begin. With your support, these students can make their passion project a reality. At the completion of the film, these students will not only have moved from the BA program to BFA film students, but will have a piece to carry on to festivals and really jumpstart their career. 

  In order to make this a reality, these students are looking to raise $4.5k. Shooting takes place out of state, in the hometown of one of the filmmakers. In order to honor the place where they fell in love with film, they will be bringing this passion project home. Housing, transportation, equipment rental, catering, props, costumes, permits, and more are expensive. With your support, these filmmakers can accommodate their cast and crew in order to create a piece that can elevate the future careers of everyone involved. 

  These filmmakers are grateful for any and all support they receive. That is why they plan on giving back to their contributors. Each donor will be given a special thank in the credits of the film. Without the full funding, the filmmakers will not be able to accommodate their crew by reimbursing travel costs, or provide the artists with all of the tools they would need to realize their vision. Which is why we are so grateful for your support!

  This film takes place on the horizon of prom. It features three best friends who are either separated or brought together by the pathways of life. It's for anyone who has ever felt isolated, anyone who has ever had unique interests, and for anyone who has dealt with life, love, and loss. This story is at times funny, sometimes it's shocking, sometimes it's endearing, and sometimes there are zombies. These filmmakers are working with creatives from different schools along the east coast, each bringing new story elements to the table. All of these artistic backgrounds come together to produce a tale that is sure to make you feel. 

 Of course it would not be a student film without trials and tribulations. The exciting thing about collaboration with artists from different locations is gaining their unique insight and influence, the not-so exciting thing about collaboration with artists from different locations is their different locations. With your donations, transportation is more accessible, and housing accommodations for these students becomes an option. Additionally, with your support, we can give our creative team so many more resources to truly thrive and make their vision come to life.
