Welcome to Clear Da Table, a faith-based, community-outreach gaming company rooted in the Pocket-Greenhaven neighborhood of Sacramento, California. Our mission is to bring families, friends, and neighbors together through the timeless joy of board games, tabletop games, and card games and provide 3-D printing services for tabletop game accessories (terrain, game pieces, dice towers, etc) . We believe that shared play fosters stronger community bonds, nurtures a love of learning, and creates opportunities for meaningful conversations.

Our Vision

In a world increasingly driven by screens and social media, we see the power of face-to-face interaction. Clear Da Table aims to serve as a catalyst for community-building within the city of Sacramento. By providing accessible and engaging games, we want to help people from all over rediscover the joy of playing and learning together.

What We Do

- Host Community Game Nights: Regular events in churches, community centers, and schools to promote fellowship.

- Host Pop-Up Shops: Our local pop-up shops aim to increase brand awareness, have families explore new game titles and concepts, and test the market for youth outreach.

- Educational Outreach: Use games as tools to teach children and adults about kindness, teamwork, and critical thinking.

- Family Focus: Encourage quality time and shared learning experiences via family-friendly games.

Why GoFundMe?

We’re seeking $350,000.00 to begin the steps for:

Phase 1 - Marketing

We’ll need funds for building the website and online store, marketing our presence via various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube), and making videos of 3-D printing, painting figures and miniatures, and filming game tutorials.

Building a website - approximately $5,000.00

Social Media - approximately $18,000.00

Phase 2 - Inventory

Our next step involves expanding our game library for pop-up shops and the online store. We would need to purchase equipment and material for storing, packing, and shipping orders from the online store.

Expansion of game library - approximately $10,000.00

Online store packing and shipping materials - approximately $500.00 to get started

Phase 3 - Physical Location

Our third step would be to purchase a brick-and-mortar store location, a physical store sign, and make renovations as necessary. We would be purchasing shelving, tables, chairs, display cases, setting up spaces for painting and 3-D printing, janitorial supplies, etc. Our goal is to be in the Pocket-Greenhaven area to be able to provide a space for family-friendly gaming, tournaments, and hang-outs.

Retail space in Pocket-Greenhaven neighborhood - purchase for approximately $100,000.00

Renovations - approximately $60,000.00

Store equipment - approximately $50,000.00

Phase 4 - Expanding Distributors

In this phase, we would be acquiring more vendors and distributors that require a physical brick-and-mortar location (such as Asmodee, Alliance Game, Pokemon, Games Workshop/Warhammer, Magic the Gathering, etc.).

Acquiring inventory - approximately $70,000.00
