Help us cover the costs of shadow’s operation costs!

Hi guys yesterday shadow accidentally fell off our balcony, which is a little more than two stories high. We got him and he was hiding in the bush and when we brought him up he was limping very badly. After a quick search online, we realized it’s there’s a chance he may have broken his front paw, and we took him to the vet for an initial consultation and some x-rays. As you can see from the x-ray, he broke three out of five of his bones in his front right paw and our options were either to have surgery to put bolts in place to make sure it heals well which would cost between 5,000 to $6000 or the cheaper option was bandages and a splint. Either way he would need to be sedated during the procedure so they could align the bones and give them the best chance of healing it. He will need to be in a cage for the next eight weeks to rest and recover and have the bandages changed every two weeks at the vet as well as doing extra x-rays to ensure that it’s healing properly. Shadow was like our son and we were so worried for him, but it seems he is doing better now he’s not in too much pain and he’s responding well to the painkillers and sedatives and he’s eating well today. Please keep him in your prayers as as he slowly recovers. With the consultations visit to the emergency vet clinic DMV the procedure sedatives and ongoing visits that will be needed the total will be around 2000$.

Unfortunately, we were just about to get pet insurance for him but then this happened.
