PleaseHelp Us Cover Some Big January Medical Costs
Tax deductible
January is ALWAYS hard for animals!
We always seem to have major medical expenses at the beginning of each year, and this month is a doozy!
Our sweet little Angel was in boarding at our clinic. She wasn't eating and was obviously feeling terrible, so our vet techs ran a blood sample on our new IDEXX equipment, which we were able to get with your support! We learned that she was anemic and would likely need a blood transfusion, so a volunteer took her to Gulf Coast. She received a transfusion and seemed to do better, but her red blood cell count kept dropping. After another transfusion, new meds, and numerous tests, she is expected to recover but her current bill is topping $5k. Can you help us help her?
Millie is a wonderful mom who had trouble delivering midway into labor. Her foster mom rushed her to Richmond Animal Hospital where she received an emergency C-section and now has eight healthy puppies. Mom needs to recover ASAP so we can send her on to her forever home!
Sweet lady Zia was just brought into BARC with a broken front leg she had been living with on the streets. Poor little girl! Unfortunately, the leg needed to be amputated and she is now resting in recovery. She is the sweetest kitty!
Prince was rescued with two broken legs, the poor guy! These injuries are currently reset and pinned into place. We are trying to get him well enough to transport, because some lovely people in Colorado have their eyes on him! Look at his sweet face!
Please, help us help these babies get the treatments they need so we can get them on the road to recovery and a forever home! Any donations collected above our goal will help us treat the medical needs of other cats and dogs in our program. Thank you for your continued dedication and support. We can't do this without you!
