We absolutely hate having to ask for help, but we’re in a really difficult spot right now. My mom unexpectedly got let go from her previous position before starting her new job, and because of the gap between pay periods, we are short on rent for the 1st.

With me still currently out of work, we are trying everything we can to make ends meet. I’ve been DoorDashing, but many days there are very few orders and sometimes I make only a few dollars after driving and gas. I am actively applying for office admin jobs and also open to babysitting, organizing, or helping with other small jobs if anyone needs assistance.

Unfortunately, because of my autism and anxiety, just “going and getting any job” is not as simple for me as people may think or I absolutely would. I’ve been trying so hard, but this season has left me feeling really defeated and honestly pretty useless at times. I hate feeling like I can’t contribute the way I want to, and asking for help is one of the hardest things for me to do.

Right now, we are trying to raise $600 to cover rent and keep us afloat until my mom’s new paychecks begin. Any amount, prayers, shares, or support mean more than we can express. Thank you for loving us through a hard season. ❤️
