The Sigler Family came home a few weeks ago to a dog in their driveway. The sweet animal was dragging her unusable legs to try and eat some trash. The Siglers noticed that the animal was (or had been) pregnant. The dog, whom the children named "Reese", had been hit by a car. Reese lost her puppies and also broke both back legs. As the Siglers worked to find Reese's owner on every possible rescue and lost and found sites, Real Good Dog Rescue reached out to help them in the process. Reese needed emergency medical attention to fix her legs and help with infection from the pregnancy. Reese had surgery on both legs, as well as a spaying surgery. While the surgery seems to be a success overall, it cost a good deal of money. Reese is being fostered by the Siglers and has adapted well. Real Good Dog Rescue has done an amazing service by covering these medical bills, and we are asking the community to help them recoup those costs. All money will go directly back to covering Reese's bills and will be seen as a non-profit donation.
