We're raising money to help cover medical expenses for Margaret Curole.

She was sick for a few weeks in Utila, we though fighting a virus. One night it escalated, landing her in a hospital on the main land (9/4). After a few days, it became clear that this hospital was not equipped to care for her, so we got Margaret transferred to a much better hospital in San Pedro Sula. This morning (9/8) the doctor at this hospital diagnosed her with an intestinal infection that is badly impacting her liver and kidneys.

In the coming days we should have a clearer picture of the road ahead, and how much (if anything) US-based insurance might cover. In the meantime, she is on oxygen and fluids, and costs are adding up.

We have to pay for everything In advance at the hospitals in Honduras, and her care is costing $1,000-3,000 a day. Any help is appreciated!
