For those who don’t know us, my wife and I are an immigrant family living in Minnesota. We are both educators and musicians, and we have always tried to contribute to our community while moving forward in our immigration process. It has now been almost five months since we have been away from the schools in Minneapolis, and our situation has not changed yet. We are still waiting for an official response from immigration. In the meantime, our expenses continue to grow, so we have created a second GoFundMe to help cover basic needs while we wait for that positive answer we hope for.
