Help during a crisis: the head of our household has passed away and we are asking friends, family, and angelic strangers to help us cover expenses he used to carry for my mom, such as bills, gas, extraneous expenses for his medical bills, funeral expenses, food, and housing.
Oscar Pachas was a strong man who believed in compassion, and forgiveness. He was a veteran, a father, a husband, and a hero. Blessed with skilled hands, he fixed household items pro bono for friends, family, and neighbors, and never asked for money in return. When there was a friend in need, my father taught us to always lend a helping hand. He is the reason I am the way I am today. He is survived by two daughters, a wife, his brothers, and his heartbroken mother. We remember him how he wanted to be remembered: laughing, joking, and dancing with us.
The death of my dad came suddenly and hit us like a brick wall. I ask for help lessening the impact on my mother, sister, and me as we are working together to pool funds. Your generosity will help us cover these expenses. Thank you.
