St Josephs GAA Club. Building the future, 1 brick at a time
Donation protected
Welcome to the St. Joseph’s GAA Club Gofundme page in aid of the development of our new clubhouse.
We are a Gaelic Football GAA Club based in Wexford town and have been in existence since 1963. We have never had a proper clubhouse of our own but over the last decade we have been putting in the groundwork to ensure that current and future generations have a clubhouse to be proud of.
Our development is progressing at a steady pace as the majority of the block-work has been completed and we are really excited to see the shell of our new building taking shape. Once completed this will be far more than a GAA Clubhouse, it will be a vital and vibrant community facility for people and groups to avail of. We will have a gym, a walking track and rooms to rent for various groups who are seeking a quality space at a very affordable price. We are acutely aware of the importance of providing these services in what will be one of the very few green spaces in a densely populated residential area.
However we really need your assistance to help us pay for the next phase of development which includes kitting out the inside, finishing our laneway entrance and car park and ensuring that we get water and electricity connected. That’s why we are launching our buy a brick scheme so you can leave a positive legacy and while at the same time helping to ensure that this wonderful facility gets completed. We want you to buy a brick to support us on our mission to provide a state of the art amenity both for our GAA club and the wider community that we live in.
There are four options to choose from:
Individual or memorial Brick - €50 | 1 line, maximum of 25 characters | Name Only
Family Brick - €100 | 2 lines, maximum of 25 characters per line | Line 1: Message - Line 2: Family Name
Cornerstone - €250 | For those who want to give a little more
Corporate Brick - €500 | Name/Logo of Company
This will be an amazing legacy to leave for future generations and a gesture that will be greatly appreciated by everyone associated with St. Joseph’s GAA Club.
This is about building the future - so let’s do it together, one brick at a time.
