My name is Squirl, and I’m the founder of Find the Line, a small disc golf course design group built on passion, community, and a whole lot of volunteer hours. Over the last several months, our team has poured our hearts into designing and building a brand-new 18-hole disc golf course at the Hanahan Amphitheater.
Everything so far—every load of gravel, every fairway cleared, every line shaped—has been done entirely by volunteers who believe in creating something special for the community. The course is meant to be 100% free for the public to enjoy, a place where anyone can come out, play a round, and fall in love with this sport the same way we did.
Now we’re down to the final piece: baskets. We have been very fortunate to be able to use loaner baskets for the last few months but the time has come where those are needed elsewhere. Without new baskets, this amazing course we’ve built together can’t fully come to life. We’re asking for help to finish what we started and give Hanahan a course that will serve players, families, and the local community for years to come.
If you’re able to donate or share, it would mean the world to us. Thank you for supporting disc golf, supporting local volunteers, and supporting this dream.
