If you’ve ever danced with us, laughed with us, or felt the magic of Adelaide Sensual Weekend… this message is for you

Adelaide Sensual Weekend started as a wild dream and keeps doing so — bringing together dancers from all walks of life, music lovers, culture shifters, and beautiful souls in one shared space. We built a family across genres — Bachata, Kizomba, Salsa, Mambo, Afro, and more.

From the themed parties to the vineyard sessions, from beginners to pros — we did it our way, the Adelaide way. This year’s ASW was nothing short of magical on the dance floor - The smiles, the hugs, the energy, the community.

After five years of love, sweat, and countless unforgettable moments, the 5th Anniversary Edition of Adelaide Sensual Weekend (ASW) marked both a beautiful celebration — and a very difficult turning point. It’s Been an Emotional Ride… We wanted to provided the best experience possible with world-class artists, DJs, venues, and more. Behind the scenes, this came at high production costs and unexpected hurdles which we had to overcome.

And so, it is with great difficulty that we’ve made the decision to say Goodbye… But Not Without Gratitude & Love. We will make changes & adjustments to introduce New Weekenders Incoming from 2026, and of course we would love to continue The Adelaide Secret Vineyard Party (Including Workshops & Parties) which is our Adelaide specialty.

Now is the time where we kindly ask the community to unite & help:

We have created a GoFundMe Page to help us keep the spirit of ASW alive, even if the next edition takes a pause. If you have attended our event at least once and loved the experience, created amazing memories & found new friendships on the dance floor, and/or you are willing & able to provide a little help towards what ASW stands for, you can make a contribution of any quantity through the GoFundMe Page, which will go towards:

• Close this chapter of ASW & cover outstanding costs from the festival (artists, contractors, local businesses etc)

• Prepare towards the New Weekenders & Secret Vineyard Parties, which we would love to keep alive for years to come

No amount is too small. Every contribution helps us in our dream & give back to the community the Adelaide dance experience that you cannot find anywhere else in the world.

And if you are unable to donate, that’s ok too. You can simply help by sharing this campaign to your peers & spread the word.

We truly hope to see everyone back in Adelaide. If the community rallies behind us as always, we’d love to host small pop-up events as always or intimate socials in the future and maintain that dream as always. But for now, we need to breathe, recover, and close this with love. To those who had already bought early tickets for the 2026 edition of ASW — we can’t wait to see you and we have a lot of amazing things worth your while coming.
