Hi everyone, it is with a heavy heart that I say my father in law passed away on Thursday night. Scott left behind three children- Kayla, Zach, and Claudia, and three grandchildren- Rylan, Finley, and Ellie. Since Thursday night, the funeral home/medical examiner has given us a hard time and we have had trouble making arrangements due to funding and not knowing if it would be covered by insurance. When people are grieving the last thing they should have to worry about is how they are going to afford putting someone to rest. Thankfully, this morning we found out that the state has decided to cover the cost of cremation- but that still leaves a memorial service for his family. The funds from gofundme will be used to pay for a memorial service, urns, and cremation jewelry so that his children and grandchildren can have him with them forever.
