I am heartbroken to say that our family, and so many others that she cared for, lost our beloved Pam on November 28th. Pam McCain was an incredible fighter, loving great/grand/adopted mother, and caregiver with an enormous heart. She cared for our sons - Sebastian and Kieran - and loved them ferociously - as she did a thousand times over for her own son Keith, her brother Paul, her grandsons Darien and Kendall, and great grandson Isaiah.

She faced so many hardships in her life - and so many losses (particularly her beloved daughter) - but never gave up fighting for the ones she loved. We will miss her terribly.

We had the wonderful chance to say goodbye in hospice right before thanksgiving- and to thank her for all that she has done for our family- and so many others who she touched in a thousand ways.
