Help us celebrate the life of Michael Queen

I'm Kymani, Mike's second older sister.

 

My brother Mike passed away of heart failure on Friday morning September 10, 2021 at West Houston Medical Center. He was 42 years old. His policy is being contested and my family and I are struggling to meet the funeral and interment costs.

 

Please help us lay my brother to rest through a donation of $35, $50 or any amount, every contribution will help. We appreciate your generosity and support in helping us to celebrate the life of Michael Queen, my brother, a man who loved so many so well.

My brother Michael, (aka Skaducci) you are a light. You loved the whole world with your whole heart and never missed an opportunity to share that love with others, no matter their background or circumstance. You always took the time to talk, to make us laugh and pray. And you always took a moment to say “I love you”.

 

Your energy is like fire and cool water at the same time. I see you in a cipher of freestylers and listen as you “spit” flows. You are the life of the party. You love everyone - especially your family. You love animals, your familiar faithful companion, Yola. And you were excited to begin your journey with the love of your life, your fiance Kei.

 

We love you, Brother Mike, we are missing you!

 

Funeral services will be held Friday September 24 @5pm at Missouri City Glen Park Funeral Home 419 Present St, Missouri City, TX 77489. Interment on Saturday September 25, 2021 in Southern Memorial Gardens @11am, 3012 Blount Road, Baton Rouge, LA 70807.

 

He is survived by his mother Vernell, sister’s Sherresa Davis and Kymani Kahlil, fiance Kei Takeuchi, nephew Armani, nieces Amber, Ashley and Amira, and great-nieces Kinomi, Kinari and Kai. Preceded in death by his father Anthony Henry Queen and sister Alisha.
