My wonderful, loving mother has taken her last breaths. She fought tenaciously these last 9 months and is finally able to rest at ease. She was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer in April 2024 and had complication after complication since then. We are all so heartbroken at this immense loss. I am so grateful I was able to spend as much time as I could with her during this experience. I am truly devastated for my daughter Stella, who is fully obsessed with her Nanny, as my mom was with her. This will be a difficult adjustment period.
