With heavy hearts we announce that Michelle Collier passed away unexpectedly on May 28th, 2025 in Oakland, Ca. As we figure out navigating life without her, we are reaching out for support to help cover the many expenses that come with saying goodbye. These include:

• Funeral and End-of-Life Expenses: Costs include the funeral, burial/cremation, and related arrangements.

• Repairs/upkeep to the Family Home: Our home, is need of various repairs. Your help will go directly toward necessary updates and repairs to help keep her house to remain as our family's home base.

• A Legacy Donation: Michelle had a lifelong love for animals and spent many happy days with her loved ones at the Oakland Zoo. We would love to honor her memory by making a donation to the zoo for a memorial plaque in her name — a lasting tribute to her love of wildlife.
