Help us celebrate Josiah’s Life & Legacy

Donation protected
Hi Everyone,

I’m Kenzia, Josiah’s mom. I’m reaching out to family, friends, and kind-hearted supporters to help us celebrate the life of my sweet boy, King Josiah. We want to honor his memory and the joy he brought us with a beautiful farewell service.

Our sweet Josiah—King Josiah, as we called him—brought so much light and joy to everyone he met. His smile lit up any room, and those chubby cheeks and big, beautiful eyes and lips made everyone want to kiss or gently tease him. Josiah loved to sing with all his heart, and his dance moves, oh, they were something special—so funny and full of passion. He had a way of drawing people in, and he shared his light freely.

Josiah was the only son of five. In 2020, just two months before his second birthday, we lost a big part of him when he suffered a traumatic brain injury that left him unable to see, speak, walk, run, or play. We lost a piece of him, yet we adjusted to the ‘new’ Josiah, embracing him with hugs, kisses, and all the love we had. He remained our King, his spirit strong and his light still shining through.

We believe, Thursday morning, Josiah had a little talk with Jesus and true to his spirit, he decided to dance and sing with the Father, leaving us with a heavy heart; however, we know that he’s in great hands and made whole again. We’ll miss King Josiah dearly. The six years God blessed us changed our hearts, minds, and lives forever.
