Help Us Celebrate and Remember Our Sing Gloria Johnson

Donation protected
On August 27, 2025, our beloved Sing Gloria In Excellsis Deo Hope Johnson was called home unexpectedly at just 21 years old. Sing was a daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin, and cherished friend to so many. Her passing has left an unimaginable void in our family and in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

As a joyful, sweet, and quietly studious young woman, Sing was a slender “slip of a lass” blossoming into a beautiful and ambitious adult with a bright future ahead. She had been preparing to begin her studies at Pensacola Christian College with dreams of medical school and becoming a doctor so she could devote her life to helping others.

Her heart’s passion was always for service. She longed to adopt children, serve in children’s ministries, and continue her work as a missionary for God. More than anything, Sing loved the Lord with all her heart and wanted people to come to know the saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Even at a young age, Sing put her love into action. She volunteered in nationwide relief efforts after hurricanes and floods, cleaned homes for the elderly and infirm, bought groceries and food for struggling families, and gave her time to cleaning up parks and beaches. She demonstrated her Christ-like love for people by supporting Christian international charity organizations and actively participating in their efforts. She loved animals and often fed strays from her own pocket. Her kindness was not just in words, but in the way she lived each day—quietly, humbly, and with a heart wide open to others.

Our family is now faced with the painful task of laying Sing to rest far sooner than we ever could have imagined. In addition to our grief, we are struggling to cover the unexpected costs of her funeral and burial. Though her time with us was far too short, we would like to cherish the precious gift of Sing’s life with a memorial service that celebrates the love she shared, the hope she inspired, and the faith she so beautifully embodied and shared with all who knew her.

We are asking humbly for your support. Any amount, no matter how small, will go directly toward her funeral expenses and easing the financial burden on our family during this heartbreaking time.

If you are unable to give financially, we ask for your prayers—for comfort, strength, and peace as we walk through this season of loss.

Thank you for your love, generosity, and for keeping Sing’s memory alive with your heartfelt gifts and prayers. May her heart for others continue to inspire us all.

With love and gratitude,
The Johnson and Gayle families
