Help Us Celebrate the Life of Amethyst
Our hearts are heavy as we share the passing of our beloved Amethyst, who went home at just 32 years old.
She was fun loving, caring, and full of life before years of illness took a toll on her body. Diagnosed with diabetes at only 11 years old, Amethyst faced more complications than most people could imagine. In her last six years, she spent more time in the hospital than at home. She was on dialysis, had a trach that made it impossible for her to speak, and recently lost her vision.
Her entire life revolved around medical treatments and hospital stays, yet she continued to hold onto her faith. Even when her body was weak, she stayed strong in spirit.
Amethyst was also an organ donor. Although doctors were only able to use her veins, she still found a way to give life to someone else.
Because she could no longer work and had spent so many years fighting for her health, she lost her life insurance policy. We are asking for your help to give her the beautiful homegoing she deserves.
We are hoping to raise $10,000, and anything helps, whether it is a prayer, a share, or a financial gift. Our family is deeply grateful for your love and support during this time.
Thank you for helping us honor Amethyst’s life and legacy. :purple_heart:
