Help Us Carry On Iris Belinda’s Legacy

On December 13th, 2024, we tragically lost our beloved mother Iris Belinda, due to a sudden brain aneurysm. She leaves behind four children who are now grappling with an unimaginable loss: Luis, Marisela, Osman, and Kevin. All her children loved and cherished her deeply.

Our mother was a beacon of strength, kindness, and love and her devotion and dedication to her children was unparalleled. No matter the challenges she faced, her focus was always on us. She was our provider, number one supporter, and making sure we had everything we needed to flourish and succeed. Above all, she was the most selfless person we knew—she always gave everything of herself to help those around her. Her unconditional kindness, compassion, generosity, thoughtfulness, and warmth touched everyone she met. She was the heart of our family.

Her passing has left an extremely immense hole in our hearts that can never be filled. As we try to navigate this heartbreak, we are also faced with the overwhelming reality of unexpected funeral expenses and medical bills from her time in the hospital. As we are grieving and processing the extremely unexpected loss of our beloved mother, we want to ensure that we can properly honor her memory and be able to minimize the sudden financial burdens with our loss.

Kevin, who is set to graduate high school this year and is currently receiving college acceptances, is especially affected by her unexpected loss. His graduation year will now encompass this tragedy. Our family wants to ensure that he can still celebrate this important milestone knowing that his mother’s love and spirit are with him every step of the way, including at his graduation and taking the next steps into his bright future.

Our mother’s life was filled with joy, unconditional love and kindness, selflessness, and sacrifice for her children. She never asked for anything in return—her joy and fulfilment came from seeing us happy, seeing us grow, and knowing we were taken care of—regardless of any struggles or challenges. Now, as we try to navigate a life without her, we are asking for your help in honoring her memory and taking care of who she left behind.

El 13 de diciembre de 2024 perdimos trágicamente a nuestra amada madre Iris Belinda debido a un aneurisma cerebral. Ella deja a cuatro hijos que ahora lloran por una inimaginable perdida; Luis, Marisela, Osman y Kevin. Todos sus hijos la amaban y adoraban profundamente.

Nuestra madre era un faro de fuerza y gentileza. El amor, devoción y dedicación a sus hijos no tuvo paralelos. Sin importar los desafíos que tuvo, su enfoque fuimos siempre nosotros. Ella fue nuestra proveedora, nuestra seguidora número uno, asegurándose que siempre tuvimos todo lo que necesitamos para desarrollarnos y lograr el éxito. Sobre todo, ella era la persona menos desinteresada que conocemos – siempre nos dio todo de ella para ayudar a todos los que la rodeaban. Su incondicional amabilidad, compasión, generosidad, consideración y calidez tocó a todos los que conoció. Ella era el corazón de nuestra familia.

Su partida nos ha dejado un extremo vació en nuestros corazones el cual nunca podrá repararse. Mientras tratamos de pasar este quebranto, también enfrentamos con la sobrecarga de la realidad de los inesperados gastos funerarios y facturas médicas por su estadía en el hospital. En el luto, procesando la extrema perdida de nuestra amada madre, queremos asegurarnos de que honramos apropiadamente su memoria y ser capaces de minimizar las repentinas cargas financieras con nuestra perdida.

Kevin, quien esta por graduarse de secundaria este año y además recibiendo aceptación de Universidades, está especialmente afectado por su inesperada perdida. El año de su graduación ahora abarca esta tragedia. Nuestra familia quiere asegurarse que aun podrá celebrar este importante hito sabiendo que el amor de su madre y espíritu están con él en cada paso, incluyendo su graduación y tomando los siguientes pasos para su brillante futuro.

La vida de nuestra madre estuvo llena de dicha, amor incondicional y amabilidad, desinterés y sacrificio por sus hijos. Ella nunca pidió nada de regreso – su alegría y plenitud venía de vernos felices, vernos crecer y sabiendo que nos atendían bien – a pesar de cualquier lucha o desafío. Ahora, mientras tratamos de navegar una vida sin ella, pedimos su ayuda en honrar su memoria y tener cuidado de los que ha dejado atrás.
