Ram has been my baby for the past 10 years — many of you know his goofy personality and signature howls! Over the past few months, he just hasn’t been himself. After a series of tests, we found out he has a mass above his bladder, which has been diagnosed as bladder cancer.

Because of his age and the mass’s location, surgery isn’t an option. The only treatment available is a medication that can help slow the growth, prevent rupture, and stop it from spreading.

Ram will need treatment every 3 weeks for the next 6 months, after which it may shift to every 6 weeks which we will prepare to pay for after this first round. Unfortunately, the cost of treatment at this frequency is more than we can currently afford — especially after the expenses we’ve already taken on to get him diagnosed.

We’re asking for help to cover the next 6 months of treatment, pay off a bit of the medical debt we’ve already accumulated, and to keep Ram as comfortable as possible — for as long as he chooses to stay with us ❤️
