We’re reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for support as we care for our incredible mother, Danelle, who is suffering from a devastating and still-undiagnosed medical condition.

Over the past five years, we’ve watched our mom slowly lose the ability to speak, read, write, and care for herself. She now experiences seizures, has lost much of her short- and long-term memory, and can no longer communicate with us. Everyday tasks that were once simple are now impossible without full assistance. Despite years of testing and treatment, we still don’t know what’s causing her steady decline.

She is only 55 years old—a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, and loyal friend. She has always been the heart of our family. Her grandchildren light up when they see her, even though she can no longer respond in the ways she once did. Watching her slip further away—forgetting not just moments, but people and places she once loved—has been one of the most painful experiences of our lives.

So far, her medical journey has included:

• Multiple MRIs, EEGs, CT scans, and extensive blood work

• Emergency room visits and hospital stays

• Seizure evaluations and changing medications

• Dozens of doctor visits and specialist consultations—with still no clear diagnosis

We’re now facing the difficult reality that she may no longer be safe at home. Long-term care may soon be necessary—and that comes on top of the growing debt from years of tests, scans, ER visits, and appointments that have already placed a heavy financial strain on our dad.

We’re asking for your help to cover:

• Ongoing and future medical testing

• Daily care, seizure and memory loss management, and medication costs

• Potential long-term or assisted care

• Outstanding medical bills from past years of trying to find answers
