Help Us Care for a Street Cat Colony in Bankstown

Hi, I’m Jelly. Me and my friend Leanne are looking after a colony of cats in a small area in Bankstown which consists of around 20ish cats.

We’re a small team of self-funded individuals dedicated to caring for a colony of street cats in the Bankstown area. Every day, we feed, monitor, and provide essential vet care for these vulnerable animals—all out of our own pockets.

Right now, we urgently need your help. Three of our colony cats—Jojo, Buddy, and Yassie—are in desperate need of dental treatment. They’re in pain and require professional care to eat comfortably and stay healthy. Dental work for cats is not only essential but also incredibly costly.

We also cover routine vet visits, desexing, vaccinations, and treatment when the cats fall ill—all while managing daily feeding, which already adds up quickly.
