Last night our friend, brother, son, father, barber, and mechanic, Jamonta Johnson was shot and killed. Our hearts are broken. There are no words to describe the loss of such an incredible, kind, and dedicated young man. Made worse, before we can fully grieve we must first focus on putting him to rest. Jamonta did not have burial insurance and what limited savings he has must now go to take care of his young son, Jamonta Jr. It is with an incredibly heavy heart that we must now lean on our community to help us bury Jamonta. Please give what you can, please know that anything you are able to give is bigger than the donation itself, every donation is a reminder that we are not alone during this awful time. Thank you.
