My name is Shaquan Rhoades, founder of Brick By Brick Labz. Basketball has been the foundation of my life. It gave me opportunity and the chance to earn scholarships to play college basketball at a high level upon graduating with my bachelor’s degree in Business & Kinesiology.

The game has taught me discipline, resilience, and belief in myself. Most importantly, it gave me a pathway to a better life. Now, I’m on a mission to pass those same opportunities — and even more — to the next generation.

Over the past year, I’ve worked with hundreds of kids across the DFW area as a basketball trainer & instructor. I’ve seen how the game builds confidence, character plus more. I’ve also seen the other side — too many kids don’t have access to safe, structured spaces where they can grow, dream, and unlock their full potential.

We’ve already started building momentum — DRINK PRIME recently came on board as our first official HYDRATION sponsor/partner to fuel our athletes. Now, we’re inviting supporters & partners to help BUILD GREATNESS.
