After more than 40 years combined in the restaurant industry, my wife Liz and I are excited to take on a new adventure together. We’ve previously owned a brick-and-mortar café and currently run Kitchen Sink Candle Company, offering our handmade candles at markets throughout the year. Through our experiences, we’ve seen a real need for a mobile coffee option at local events and markets, which inspired us to convert a horse trailer into a coffee trailer.

Our vision is to serve brewed coffee, cold brew, Italian sodas, and our specialty Kroffles—a delicious blend of croissant and waffle—directly from our renovated trailer. We want to create a welcoming space where people can enjoy quality drinks and treats while supporting a small, local business. This project is a true labor of love, combining our passion for hospitality with our desire to bring something new to our community.

The largest expenses we face are the renovations and equipment needed to transform the horse trailer into a fully functional coffee trailer. We’re aiming to have everything ready for the fall market season beginning in October. Your support will help us cover these essential costs and bring our dream to life.
