Wildfires are devastating El Bolsón, Patagonia, Argentina—ripping through homes, forests, and the protected natural area of Río Azul – Lago Escondido. We are fighting with everything we have, but we are under-equipped and overwhelmed.

This isn’t just about stopping the current fires—this is about creating a long-term solution.

What We’re Doing & Where Your Donations Will Go

We are not just reacting to this crisis—we are building a permanent outback firefighting brigade to protect the Área Natural Protegida Río Azul – Lago Escondido for years to come. Every dollar donated will go toward equipping, training, and establishing a dedicated wildfire defense team based at La Confluencia del Río Azul y Blanco, the entrance to the protected area.
