Help Us Build a Mosque in Memory of Abdullah ❤️

Assalamu Alaikum,  My name is Ibrahim, and I’m reaching out with a heart full of love, grief, and hope.  On July 10th, 2025, my beloved younger brother Abdullah returned to Allah at just 17 years old. He was a kind and gentle soul who brought light into every space he entered. His love for his family, friends, and faith was deep and unwavering. A year ago, Abdullah was diagnosed with brain cancer. It changed our lives in an instant, but he met every challenge with remarkable patience and strength. Even in the most difficult moments, he would smile and say, “Maybe this is the cost of Jannah.”  Abdullah never complained. He simply asked for more du’a, more Qur’an, and a closer connection to Allah. His faith carried him, and it carried us. One dream remained close to his heart: to build a mosque. He often spoke about how powerful it would be to leave behind a house of Allah, a place of worship that could continue bringing reward long after he was gone. Today, I’m writing to honor that dream. With your help, we hope to build a mosque in Tanzania in Abdullah’s name. This will be his sadaqah jariyah, a continuous charity that lives on through every prayer, every recitation, and every moment of worship within those walls. We are aiming to raise $40,000 CAD to make this vision a reality.  The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, “Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.” (Bukhari & Muslim)  If you are able, please consider contributing. May Allah accept it from all of us, and may He grant you and your loved ones the highest ranks in Jannah. Jazakum Allahu khayran, Ibrahim السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته، اسمي إبراهيم، وأكتب إليكم وقلبـي مليء بالحب والحزن والأمل.  في 10 يوليو 2025، عاد أخي الأصغر عبد الله إلى الله وهو في السابعة عشرة من عمره فقط. كان عبد الله روحًا طيبة ولطيفة، يملأ كل مكان بدفء حضوره. كان حبه لعائلته وأصدقائه ودينه عميقًا وثابتًا. قبل عام، تم تشخيص عبد الله بورم في الدماغ. قلب هذا الخبر حياتنا رأسًا على عقب، لكنه واجه كل التحديات بصبر وقوة مذهلين. حتى في أصعب اللحظات، كان يبتسم ويقول: “ربما هذا هو ثمن الجنة.” لم يشتك عبد الله أبدًا، بل كان يطلب المزيد من الدعاء، والمزيد من القرآن، والمزيد من القرب من الله. كانت قوته في إيمانه، وكان إيمانه مصدر قوتنا أيضًا.  كان هناك حلم واحد قريب من قلبه: بناء مسجد. كان كثيرًا ما يتحدث عن روعة أن يترك وراءه بيتًا لله، مكانًا للعبادة يجري عليه الأجر بعد وفاته.  اليوم، أكتب لأحقق هذا الحلم وفاءً لعبد الله. بمساعدتكم، نأمل في بناء مسجد في تنزانيا باسم عبد الله، ليكون صدقة جارية له، يستمر أجرها مع كل صلاة، وكل تلاوة، وكل لحظة عبادة بين جدرانها.  هدفنا جمع 40,000 دولار كندي لتحقيق هذا المشروع. قال رسول الله ﷺ: “مَن بَنى لله مسجدًا، بَنى الله له بيتًا في الجنة.” (البخاري ومسلم)  إذا كان بمقدوركم، نرجو المساهمة بأي قدر تستطيعون، فكل تبرع مهما كان صغيرًا يقربنا خطوة من هذا الهدف. وإن لم تتمكنوا من التبرع حاليًا، فإن دعاءكم ومساعدتكم في نشر هذه الحملة لهما أثر لا يقل أهمية.  من أعماق قلبي، أشكركم على مساعدتنا في حمل إرث عبد الله إلى الأمام. نسأل الله أن يتقبله منا ومنكم، وأن يرفع درجاتكم ودرجات أحبائكم في الجنة.  جزاكم الله خيرًا، إبراهيم
