Help Us Build a Mosque and Madrasa in Gazipur, Bangladesh.

Assalamualaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,

My name is Omar, and I am reaching out to you all with a heartfelt request for support in building a mosque and madrasa that will serve as a beacon of light for our community in Kashim Pur, Gazipur, Bangladesh.

My Father, Maulana Nasir, has started this organisation back in 2015 with his own initiative to help the local community. Alhumdulillah he built the mosque with tin shed and started with 50-60 children, teaching Quran. The number of students has increased to 300 plus, SubhanAllah. It has been 10 years since the mosque has aged and it needs to be rebuilt. As we continue to grow, current space for worship and community activities has become inadequate to meet the needs for growing congregation. A proper mosque is essential, not only for the daily prayers we cherish but for the education, unity, and charitable work it will foster. We are planning on to build a 6 storey building combining both mosque and madrasa, In Sha Allah. This will give us the opportunity to accommodate 700-800 worshippers and with 100s of students learning Quran and Hadeeth.

I’m personally committed to this cause because I believe that building this mosque will be a significant step in strengthening our faith, providing a place for future generations to grow spiritually, and ensuring that local community remains united in worship and service to others.

We are working hard to raise funds for the construction of this mosque. Every donation, whether big or small, will bring us closer to our goal of creating a safe, welcoming, and accessible space for all members of our community.
