Help Build a Franciscan Hermitage in Dandridge, Tennessee

A home for the friars. A place of prayer. A foundation for bringing souls to Christ.

The Franciscan Hermitage Foundation is raising $250,000 to build a new hermitage in Dandridge, Tennessee, where Father David, Brother Seraphin, Brother Paul, and additional friars can live, pray, and carry out their Franciscan vocation.

Following the example of St. Francis of Assisi, the friars seek to live simply, serve others, and bring the love of Jesus Christ to the world. This hermitage will provide a home rooted in prayer and fraternity, supporting both their daily religious life and their work of evangelization.

A life of mission begins with a life of prayer.

The hermitage will give the friars a place to return to for silence, prayer, and renewal as they undertake mission work and share the Gospel. It will be a place where they can grow together as brothers, deepen their relationship with God, and prepare to serve the people He places in their path.

Your generosity will help create:

A home for the friars to live together in simplicity and fraternity.

A space for prayer and contemplation, at the heart of their Franciscan vocation.

A base for mission work and evangelization, supporting their efforts to bring Christ to others.

Room for additional friars to join in this life of prayer and service.

Our goal: $250,000

We are asking for your help to make this new hermitage a reality. The funds raised through this campaign will support its construction, creating a lasting home for the friars and a foundation for their ministry.

Every gift, large or small, brings us closer to that goal. In helping build this hermitage, you are supporting the daily prayers, faithful service, and missionary work of the men who will call it home.

Please consider making a donation and sharing this campaign with your family, friends, and parish community. Above all, we ask for your prayers—for the friars, for everyone helping bring this project to life, and for all those who will be reached through their ministry.

Your gift makes a difference—and is tax-deductible.

Thank you for helping the Franciscan Hermitage Foundation build a place where the friars can live their vocation faithfully and go forth to share the Gospel.

May God bless you for your generosity. Pax et Bonum—Peace and Good!
