360 Elite Baseball is a baseball training service led by Francisco Gracesqui and Melvin Garcia for players who aim to play at the college level and beyond by providing baseball lessons and group training. Main focus developing pitching, hitting, in fielding, speed and strengthening with focus on building discipline, work ethic, promoting self-accountability and improving confidence.

 

Francisco Gracesqui has been around the game of baseball ever since he was born, he also has 10 years of Professional baseball under his belt. He played 5 years with the Toronto Bluejays Organization and with numerous other teams including the Long Island Ducks. Throughout his baseball career he also has had success, posting sub 3 earn run averages through his many seasons.

Melvin Garcia is our hitting instructor and he brings 4 years of baseball experience, Melvin is a bronx native and was drafted in the 33rd round in the 2010 amateur Mlb baseball draft.  

Our goal is to Build  private batting cage that is 5000 sqf, this will include 70 foot batting cages, mound, and strength training area.

 

With this location our players will receive more attentive training and equipment. Players will have opportunity to lift and learn form from professional athletes who have had success and understand the process. Players will benefit exponentially from multiple training days a week. So this is one of our main priorities.

 

This will allow us to have a home and keep making additions in training equipment therefore helping us aid the development of our youth. This will help us dedicate more days to developing my players, and take off the pressure of scheduling a cage and freedom to train anytime. We currently have had 2 college commits this year and we are working tirelessly to increase those numbers. Our goal is to have 95 percent of seniors in our organization committed to universities .This location will allow us to work towards our goals all year round.
