The Habitat for Humanity Subdivision will help defeat housing challenges in our state by lowering the cost of housing for 22 local partner families. Each Habitat Homeowner’s finances are evaluated to ensure their monthly mortgage payments do not exceed 30% of their monthly income.

With the Habitat for Humanity Subdivision Project, this community will come together to build 22 truly affordable homes that will go to Nevada Residents in need. This project eliminates barriers to homeownership and change lives for generations to come.
