We need your help. Early Sunday morning, October 26th, my cousin Wilmer was detained by ICE while out working. He was just doing his job when this happened.

He’s the loving father of Maria, Lia, and Julian – and the sole provider. Since the day he arrived to the US, he’s worked any and all jobs he could find to keep his family healthy and cared for. Although Chicago had become unsafe, Wilmer asked his family to stay safe at home while he went out to work and do the essentials.

They're now facing immense uncertainty and financial stress without him home. And the youngest kids don't understand why their dad isn't home yet.

We’re raising funds to cover his legal fees so we can fight for his release and bring him home to his kids.

Wilmer es el padre amoroso de Maria, Lia y Julian y el único proveedor de su familia. Desde el día que llegó a Estados Unidos, se dedico a trabajar para mantener a su familia sana y cuidada.
