Hello! My name is Samantha Prince, and my family is asking for your help during an incredibly difficult and unexpected time. My brother, Sergio David Surmay, was unfairly detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on September 16th in Miami, FL.

Our family is doing everything we can to help him navigate this situation and return home. His detention has been extremely difficult for all of us, especially because we are suddenly facing financial challenges that we were not prepared for.
