We’re beyond excited to have the opportunity to take our show to the World’s largest Solo Theatre Festival in New York City—an incredible chance to share our story with a wider audience. But with great opportunities come great costs, lol!

Every dollar you contribute will help us cover everything from festival fees, promotion, tech crew, equipment rentals, flights to New York, and accommodation while we're there. Your support will also help us put the show in front of as many eyes as possible—through advertising, invitations, and some good old-fashioned hustle.

Did you know? Just to participate in this festival costs $1,130—yikes! Here’s a breakdown of what we’re aiming to raise:

Festival Participation Fees: $1,130

Props, Rentals & Rehearsal Costs: $600

Lighting/Booth Technician: $400

Travel to NYC: $800

Advertising & Promotions: $1,000

Accommodation in NYC: $1,200

We estimate the total costs to be around $5,000. It’s a hefty price tag, but we believe it’s worth every cent to make this show a success.

So why this show?

After being honored with ‘Best of Fest’ at Austin’s Frontera Fest and a ‘B. Iden Payne’ Theatre Award nomination, we know we have something special. But more than the accolades, we believe in the power of this story.

The show shares a raw and real perspective of surviving addiction—through humor, poetry and vulnerability. It’s a window into the challenges of battling addiction on three fronts—drugs, alcohol, and an eating disorder—and the climb towards reclaiming sanity and hope.

Most of all this show is about being human and finding love, compassion and hope in the face of adversity.
