In Loving Memory of Cindy Martin-Wolfe (formerly Alva)
On July 16, 2025, just two days before her 71st birthday, our beloved mother, Cindy Martin-Wolfe, passed away unexpectedly. She was not ill, and her sudden passing has left our family in complete shock and deep grief.

We are now faced with the heartbreaking task of giving her the dignified farewell she deserves.

Her Final Wish: To Be Laid to Rest Beside Her Husband
Our mother will be transported from Texas back to California to be buried next to her late husband, Vietnam Navy Veteran Roy Wolfe, in the burial plot they purchased together before his passing.

Unfortunately, she had no life insurance or savings set aside, and we are now responsible for the entire cost of funeral and transportation expenses. These costs are incredibly high, and we cannot do this alone.

Who She Was
Cindy spent her life helping others. She worked with the California Indian Manpower Consortium, creating opportunities for tribal youth to escape cycles of hardship through job training and education. She believed in everyone, especially those the world had given up on.

She gave selflessly — often her last dollar — to anyone in need. She lived simply, loved deeply, and never asked for anything in return. Her legacy is one of kindness, strength, and unconditional love.

She was the heart of our family. A devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother and a true light in this world.

How You Can Help
We are humbly asking for your support in helping us:

Transport her from Texas to California

Cover funeral and burial expenses

Lay her to rest with the honor and peace she deserves

Any amount you can give is appreciated more than words can express. If you're unable to donate, please share this page — every share plants a seed, and we believe help will come where it's meant to.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
