Help Us Bring My Father Home for His Final Rites in India

My name is Ananya, and I am writing this with a very heavy heart. My father, Harish, has been critically ill for the past two months and is now in the ICU, with only a few days left. His greatest wish was to return to India and be laid to rest with his family and loved ones.

We are recent immigrants in Calgary and have no family here to support us. In the middle of this heartbreak, we are facing the overwhelming cost of transporting him home for his funeral and last rites. We have very little savings and simply cannot manage this on our own.

All we want is to give my father the dignity of his final goodbye in the place he loved, surrounded by the people who meant everything to him.
