My name is David Sagayaraj Antony Joseph, and I am raising funds for my beloved brother, Joseph Emmanuel Samuel, who is currently on life support at Mount Carmel East Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

My brother recently suffered a massive heart attack. Doctors discovered five severe blockages in his heart and immediately performed an emergency angioplasty. They were able to clear three blockages and placed stents in two. We were hopeful and praying for his recovery.

Tragically, the very next day, he suffered another severe cardiac arrest. His heart stopped around 4 PM, and doctors performed CPR for nearly two hours. Although his heart briefly restarted, the prolonged lack of oxygen caused irreversible and permanent brain damage.

The doctors have informed us that there is absolutely no chance of recovery. He has entered a vegetative state with no possibility of improvement. After many prayers, tears, and difficult conversations with the medical team, our family has made the heartbreaking decision to withdraw life support so that he may pass peacefully and without further suffering.

This is the most devastating moment of our lives.

My brother came to the United States to work in a restaurant so he could support our family back home in India. He was the sole provider for:

* His elderly mother, Beulah Samuel

* His son, J. Abishek Emmanuel (18 years old)

* His daughter, J. Aaradhana Margaret (14 years old)

He was their strength, their protector, and their only source of income.

We are now humbly asking for financial support to bring my brother’s body back to India so he can be laid to rest in his homeland, surrounded by loved ones. The costs of hospital bills, international transportation, and funeral arrangements are extremely high, and our family is not financially prepared for this sudden tragedy.

I am his only close family member in the United States, and managing these responsibilities during this painful time has been overwhelming.
