Z ogromnym bólem i niedowierzaniem informujemy, że nasza ukochana Monika tragicznie zginęła w Chicago.

Jej nagte odejście pozostawiło nas w głębokiej żałobie, a serca rodziny i bliskich zostały wypełnione niewyobrażalnym smutkiem. Monika była osobą pełną ciepła, dobroci i energii. Zawsze gotowa pomagać, zawsze uśmiechnięta, pełna planów i marzeń, które niestety zostały tak brutalnie przerwane. Dla swojej rodziny była nieskończonym źródłem miłości, a dla przyjaciół - oparciem, na które zawsze można było liczyć.

Największym pragnieniem rodziny jest sprowadzenie Moniki do Polski, aby mogła spocząć w swojej ojczyźnie, wśród najbliższych, tam gdzie są jej korzenie i gdzie tak wiele osób chce się z nią pożegnać.

Koszty transportu ciała z USA do Polski, a także wszelkie formalności i wydatki związane z organizacją pochówku, są ogromne i przekraczają możliwości finansowe rodziny. Dlatego z pokorą i wielkim żalem prosimy o wsparcie.

Zebrane środki zostaną przeznaczone na:

- transport ciała Moniki z Chicago do Polski,

- niezbędne formalności i dokumenty,

- organizację pogrzebu,

- wszelkie inne koszty związane z ostatnim pożegnaniem.

It is with immense sorrow and disbelief that we share the news of the tragic passing of our beloved Monika, who lost her life in Chicago. Her sudden departure has left us heartbroken, and her family and friends are filled with unimaginable grief.

Monika was a warm, kind, and vibrant person. She was always ready to help, always smiling, full of plans and dreams that were so suddenly taken away. To her family, she was an endless source of love, and to her friends - a dependable support they could always count on.

The greatest wish of her family is to bring Monika back to Poland, so she can rest in her homeland, among those who loved her, where her roots are, and where so many people want to say their final goodbye.

The costs of transporting her body from the US to Poland, as well as all the necessary formalities and funeral arrangements, are extremely high and go far beyond what the family can afford. That is why, with heavy hearts, we kindly ask for your support.

All funds collected will be used for:

- transporting Monika's body from Chicago to Poland,

- required formalities and documentation,

- funeral arrangements,

- any additional expenses related to her final farewell.
