Help Us Send Manpreet Kaur Home One Last Time

Hi everyone,

My name is Manjot Kaur, and I am the cousin of Manpreet Kaur. It is with deep sorrow and a heavy heart that I share the tragic news of Manpreet’s sudden passing.

Manpreet was only 31 years old. She came on a study permit with dreams of building a better future for herself and her family back home. Like so many international students, she worked tirelessly while studying, balancing long hours and hard work with the hope of creating a life of stability and success.

On 23 April 2025, after coming home from work, Manpreet experienced sudden chest pain. Despite all efforts, she passed away unexpectedly that same day. Her passing has left our entire family shattered and in deep grief.

Right now, our most urgent wish is to send Manpreet’s body back to her parents in India so they can see their daughter one last time and perform her final rites. The cost of repatriation is significant, and we are humbly asking for your support during this unimaginable time.
