I'm here to ask for some help for a wonderful friend of mine and his family.

Grab your tissues, this ones tough

And by the end you'll agree with me.

They have had enough bad, and I think it's time to find them some good.

Back story:

My friend (we'll call him B) and his wife (we'll call her M) have had it tough for a while. But that hasn't stopped them being their best selves for S ( there grandchild adopted to be there child)

Through multiple bouts of cancer B and M have stayed strong.

This last round was extraordinary tough, because S was now in the picture.

Side step.

S is one of the most amazing little person you'd ever meet.

You wouldn't think her life had been full of death and sadness at the young age of 5.

Her bio dad died when she was around 18 months in a car accident, S was also in the car. Her bio mum couldn't cope. So B and M with so much love to give took on S.

Skip forward to about 8 months ago.

B,M and S looked like the perfect little family, happy and full of love.

M, who hadn't been feeling well for a long while had been begging her Gp to run more test, as he kept refusing.

M said that she felt like something was so very wrong.

Appointment after appointment M's wishes for further testing was ignored. So they went to another Dr.

Finally some one who'd listen.

They did the tests.

Sadly M had cancer.

And the new Dr believed she's had it for a while.

So the long fight had started.

Chemo was ago, M didn't tolerate it well for months at a time. Hardly able to eat or drink.

But they stayed strong.

Finally some good news came a few months ago.

M's numbers were improving.

Skip to just after Christmas

B and S ended up getting sick. M some how didn't catch this.

A few weeks after B and S getting sick again.

M picks up another bug. One that no one in the house had.

Somehow M had gotten influenza A.

That turned into punemonia that turned into a septic lung. All Within 36 hours and then she's on life support.

And everyone's world is shattered.

While being moved over to transport equipment her heart stops.

And the hospital staff has to do CPR for over 10 minutes to get her back .

Once she's at the next major hospital.

Some of her other organs shut down. then all of them shut down and despite all the counter efforts that the staff did.

She couldn't come back.

All of this within less then a week.

B and S + family are broken.

Here's the next kick. B was under the impression that M had life insurance. She did not..

So now B is in a horrible position, he can't get her released from the hospital. As he doesn't have the funds.

This alone will total over 4,000 dollars US.

That's before any services. So the financial situation in this beautiful family is in trouble.

And this is why we are asking for help.

Absolutely anything you can donate will go towards getting M home and put to rest.

Anything extra will go towards making B and S' s life a little easier.
