Help Us Bring Lydia Esteves Back Home to the Philippines

If you knew Lydia, you knew what true sacrifice looked like. You knew a woman who gave up her own dreams, her own plans, and her own comfort so that her family could have a better life. Years ago, Lydia made the choice to raise her four grandchildren when life presented its hardest challenges. She didn’t think twice. She stood in the gap, sacrificing everything to give them a chance at a future filled with love, stability, and purpose.
And if you know those grandchildren today, you know she did just that. They are living proof of her love. They are kind. They are strong. They are good people because she raised them to be.
In her final days, Lydia had one wish — to return home to the Philippines, to be laid to rest where she was born, surrounded by her roots and family waiting for her on the other side. Sadly, she lost her battle with cancer before we could make that happen. But we believe it’s not too late to honor her last wish.
We have already raised over $3,000, and that amount will be deposited directly into this account for full transparency, showing the incredible support we’ve already received. We are deeply grateful to every single person who has given from their hearts. Your kindness has carried us this far.
We are not sure when the arrangements will be finalized to send her home, so time is of the essence. We humbly ask for your continued support to help us reach the $14,000 needed to bring Lydia back to the Philippines and lay her to rest in peace. Every dollar brings us closer to fulfilling the promise we made to her. Every share, every prayer, every contribution means the world to us.
Thank you for believing in her story, for recognizing the incredible life she lived, and for helping us carry her home. From the bottom of our hearts — thank you.
