Help me Bring Joyful Outings to my Friends in Rehab

Donation protected
For years, I have supported my close friend after his stroke—visiting him, celebrating birthdays, and simply being there as a friend. Recently, I had the chance to meet some of his friends at the rehabilitation facility during his birthday celebration. Their gratitude and happiness for just spending time together moved me deeply. Since then, I’ve started celebrating holidays and birthdays with them, providing nice dinners and companionship. Their words of love and appreciation brought me to tears, and I realized how much these moments mean to them.

There are nine of them in total—seven use wheelchairs and two can walk unassisted. Many of them don’t have anyone willing to show them life outside the facility. I want to change that. With a handicapped van or an old church bus, I could take them to concerts, comedy shows, birthday dinners, and give them the chance to enjoy the fresh air and new experiences. I have all their birthdays written down and plan to celebrate each one, making sure they feel special and loved.

They have become my extended family, and I want to bring more of those same smiles to their grateful, beautiful faces. Your support can help make these outings possible and show them they are not forgotten. Any contribution will make a difference in their lives, helping them experience the joy and freedom they deserve.
