My name is Karina and on behalf of my aunt Guillermina, it is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of her son Jorge Luis Saldaña Villegas, age 28.

On Friday, January 16, 2026 the coroner showed up to my aunt's home in Victorville, CA to notify her that her son Jorge who had been missing for some years now, was found deceased in Trenton, Texas. At this time we do not know the details of his passing; his family awaits a full report in the days to come.

We are raising funds to help support the transportation of Jorge back to California, including any cremation or funeral costs, and to help support his family as they navigate the days ahead. Any contribution, no matter the amount, will help ease the financial burden and allow the family to focus on healing.
