This year, my son Ethan and I have the incredible opportunity to travel to Nicaragua and serve with Project Jesus for Children, a ministry dedicated to reaching children through the education system with the message of Jesus Christ. Their mission is to bring the gospel into schools by providing materials that teach both academic values and the life-changing truth of Christ. While we are there, we will help deliver school supplies and gospel-centered educational materials to remote villages. These aren’t just books or resources—they are tools that introduce children to Jesus, often for the very first time, and reinforce values like integrity, kindness, and hope through His teachings. In many of these areas, families live with very little, and schools lack basic supplies. Volunteers physically travel into hard-to-reach regions—sometimes by truck over rough terrain—to ensure every child receives these materials. This trip is not about comfort or convenience. It’s about obedience, showing up, serving, and helping place the Word of God directly into the hands of children who are hungry—not just for education, but for truth. We’re asking you to prayerfully consider supporting this mission in one of two ways: through prayer for safety, endurance, and open hearts, and through financial support to help cover travel costs and directly support the distribution of materials. No amount is too small—every contribution truly matters. As a father, getting to do this alongside Ethan is incredibly meaningful.
