Hello everyone, my name is Regina, and I’m reaching out today with a heavy heart. My father has been courageously battling Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) AMAN/AMSAN, a rare and severe neurological disorder that attacks the nerves, causing rapid muscle weakness and paralysis. This devastating illness led to respiratory failure, required him to be on a ventilator and spending a year in the ICU. He is now bedbound and completely dependent on full-time care for all his needs. Recently, he was diagnosed with kidney failure, adding another heartbreaking challenge for our family.

Seeing my father battle this disease at such a young age has been extremely difficult for us. He has always been the heart of our family, and we refuse to give up this fight. We want to do everything we can to help him regain his health so he can continue to be with his family, kids, and grandkids—the people who love him most.

Despite everything, we have made the decision to bring him home, where we can care for him in a loving and familiar environment while continuing to fight for his health. However, the financial strain of his medical expenses, necessary home adjustments, and daily care is overwhelming. We are humbly asking for your support to help us navigate this difficult time. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference and allow us to focus on what truly matters—caring for my father and standing strong as a family.
