UPDATE: What a blessing you have been! The Go-Fund me has only been live for 10 days and we have raised almost $21,000. Also, through some outside anonymous donors we have been blessed with some other gifts that have gotten us even closer to our fundraising goal!! While we are closer to the initial amount than before, this is quite the moving situation, and what's next is coming fast. Greg Flannery, husband, father, and friend to so many, fell on October 24th resulting in a Traumatic Brain Injury.  He has been in the fight of his life ever since, and for those of you that know Pops THAT is saying something for as much as this guy has fought! Physically he's doing much better, but cognitively he is in need of a much more focused level of care. Unfortunately, we are finding out more and more that Pops' insurance is not going to cover this next phase of his recovery.

 

It has been so amazing to hear the stories of your support and prayers. The care and love for our family has been humbling to say the least, and now we need you all once again!

 

Pops is being discharged from the acute care facility he is in now next week, and what he needs is In-Patient Post Acute Neuro-Therapy. The quotes we have received for these facilities can vary from $60,000-$80,000 per month, and the average stay is somewhere around 100 days! We pray the Lord will provide and guide us to the right place for Dad's treatment, and bring him back to us.

Please consider financially supporting Greg’s continued recovery. Though we don’t know the ultimate costs of this journey, and though we are choosing to trust God with the outcome, we believe He can do incredible things through the friends and loved ones in Greg’s life.
