On November 18th, 2025, my uncle Francisco was suddenly and unexpectedly taken into custody by immigration on his way to work at approximately 8 A.M. This happened without warning and without cause. He has no criminal record, no history of trouble, and no reason to have been detained. Our entire family is still in complete shock.

Francisco is the sole provider for his wife and children. He is an incredibly dedicated worker who shows up every day without fail to support his family. His youngest son is a high school senior, preparing to graduate and hoping to attend college next fall. With their father suddenly taken, their entire world has been turned upside down.

Without Francisco, his family has no source of income. They will struggle to cover rent, food, and basic necessities. His son is now trying to continue school while worrying every day about the future of his father and their family.

Francisco is a hardworking father, a devoted husband, and a pillar in his community and workplace. We are raising funds to support his attorney retainers and all additional legal fees as we fight for him to return home. We will need $10,000 to start the initial process with the attorney.
