My name is Breanna, and I’m reaching out for help during one of the hardest chapters of our lives. My fiancé, Emerson (Jazz) Farley, is the heart of our family — he’s the kind of person who will give everyone else the shirt off his back. He’s the one who makes our daughter laugh, who puts us first, and who has always been selfless with the people he loves.

In April 2024, just days before we moved to Alabama to care for my mom, Emerson suffered a devastating leg injury. Since then, he has been living in constant pain, barely able to walk without assistance, and unable to live the active life he used to. Physically, mentally, and emotionally — this injury has taken so much from him.

We moved to Alabama out of love and duty, but after my mom passed in November 2024, we found ourselves stuck — far from the support system that could actually help us move forward. I work full-time to keep us afloat as a single-income household, but between medical needs and everyday life, saving enough on our own has been impossible.

Here’s the honest truth: the biggest barrier standing between Emerson and real medical progress is geography. All of our family, support, and resources are in Utah. That’s where we have people waiting to help with childcare, transportation to appointments, and recovery. That’s where we have connections to doctors who can actually get him started on surgery and rehabilitation.

We don’t need a big restart — we just need to get him back to where he can finally begin his medical journey.We have been setting aside what we can, but with one income and very little local support, we can’t get there alone. The funds raised will be used for travel costs, minimal moving expenses, and getting Emerson established with specialists in Utah so he can finally get the treatment and surgery he needs.

This isn’t about relocating for a fresh start — it’s about giving a father, a partner, and a genuinely good human a real chance at healing. It’s about giving our daughter her dad back, and giving Emerson the opportunity to rebuild his health with dignity and support.
